Warranty

The Avinox system is delivered with a 2-year warranty on the motor and a 2-year warranty or up to 500 charge cycles on the battery (whichever occurs first). The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase.

In addition, a 5-year right to claim applies to the bicycle as a whole. However, an e-bike consists of components with different expected lifespans, and some of these are considered wear parts that must be replaced regularly depending on usage.

Important information
The right to claim covers manufacturing and material defects, but not normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors or improper use.

Example: The right to claim does not cover damage to a pedal after a crash, but may cover a pedal axle that breaks unexpectedly during normal use.

In case of faults or damage
If a fault or damage occurs, you must contact us as soon as possible after the issue is discovered. This is important for further handling of the case.

Maintenance and use
Proper maintenance and correct use are essential for the product’s lifespan.

Faults caused by lack of maintenance, improper use or other user-related factors are not covered by the warranty.

Lack of maintenance combined with improper use is one of the most common causes of damage to e-bikes. We therefore recommend following our maintenance and user guidelines carefully.
